Giveaway Winner!

So, I was supposed to draw for the winner of an AliceInParis print on the 16th. Unfortunately, I was swamped with orders (well, that isn't really an "unfortunately", is it???) and then I got sick with some kind of stomach flu, so got further behind with my orders.

I am almost caught up on all my orders, so I thought I'd best make the time to update my blog with the winner! Using Random.org, the winner is Spit!!!

Spit, I'll contact you directly :) Congratulations!

Now, it's past 3 in the morning and I can't sleep as I have too many things to do. In 4 more hours, I'll be setting up at the last day of our Enfield Farmer's Market. I'm going to miss going there on Saturdays, but it will be nice to rest my knee. Hopefully, I'll have my surgery before the market starts up again at the beginning of June...

Okay, I need to go wrap some soap for the market. Ciao!

Alice In Paris

I have found a talented Nova Scotian painter on Etsy, and have purchased several prints of hers. I would love to "spread the word" about her art, and decided how better than to host a contest!

These prints above are prints that I have purchase from her...

Please check out her Etsy website at Alice In Paris and look through her pieces. Leave me a comment here about which piece is your favourite, and I'll put your name in for a gift from Shelagh, the artist behind Alice in Paris - a free print :)

Also, please check out this entry to her blog. She is helping to raise funds to build schools in Afghanistan and Pakistan, schools which focus on educating girls.
